New assisted living center opening in North Logan

Maple Springs, an assisted living center, is in the process of being built in North Logan and is scheduled to open in early November.

Nick Larsen, the CEO of Maple Springs, said they were lucky to open in this location.

“North Logan is great city for business,” Larsen said. “The market demographics are highly favorable for our business because the site is not only in the healthcare hub of Cache County but is also where the majority of the elderly population resides in the valley.”

North Logan offered additional advantages for Maple Springs to be built there.

“They had tax increment incentives that enticed us for building here as opposed to another city,” Larsen said.

Maple Springs is scheduled to open on Nov. 1, with all construction going to plan, and will start taking reservations in February or March.

“We will be moving people in as quickly as possible,” said Greg Larsen, the COO of Maple Springs. “We expect in the first few months to have 40 residents living here.”

Maple Springs is eager to be part of the community.

“We are excited to bring business to Cache County and to serve the elderly residents who have made this valley great,” Nick Larsen said.

Maple Springs has an open location in Brigham City.
